At Singing Rainbow, Inc., customer privacy is a top priority. We will never rent, sell, exchange or in any other way give out our customer names, email addresses, purchase histories, or any other information about our customers. Your credit card information is safe on our secure SSL encrypted order form. No paper trail with any of your credit card information goes in the trash - we shred it. We keep any and all information about you strictly confidential.

ALL THE THINGS YOU NEED TO KNOW TO COMPLETE YOUR PURCHASE:

1. Thank you for reading this. We wish you much joy with your new bowls.

2. Please look in the NEW ONLINE STORE at http://discoverthesound.biz/osc/ These order pages have secure encryption for the transmission of your credit card and personal information. This means that other people cannot intercept it while it is in transit. This technology is called SSL, and makes it very safe and easy to shop at our website.

3. To ensure that everyone receives a brand new bowl and striker in perfect condition, we encourage you to be really sure of what you want before you order it, especially the size. Will the bowl fit where you envision keeping it? If for some unforeseen reason you decide to return your bowl, please call or email us for a Return Authorization Number. Please decide no more than 7 days after receiving your bowl. We appreciate this courtesy. Bowls that are sent back more than 14 days after having been received will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

4. If the unusual event of damage happens, we swiftly replace your bowl. Your satisfaction is important! In fact, UPS will come to your door to pick up the broken one.

5. For your convenience, payment may be made by US check, US money order,VISA, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express. No sales tax except in Texas!

6. It usually takes between 2 and 3 weeks for your bowls to arrive for US orders. Most bowls to the 48 contiguous states ship UPS ground, insured, in double, carefully-packed boxes. Shipping per bowl is $15 for sizes up to 11", $20 for 12, 13 and 14, $25 for 15 and 16", $40 for 18", anywhere in the contiguous United States. Canada ships UPS Ground or airmail for small bowls, with the price dependent on your postal code. For most other countries and Hawaii and Alaska, we ship by BAX. The price depends on your location and the weight and volume of your purchase. Bowls 12" and smaller may be shipped to Australia, Japan, most of Europe, Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands by Priority Mail. Some places can take up to a 14 inch bowl in the mail.

7. Every bowl is unique, and may have some visual markings such as misty lines, ridges, freckles, faint stripes or other patterns. In the edge beveling, a slightly rough lip or teensy serrations may occur from the cutting process, as well as tiny smoothed-out chips where the finishing blade started its cut. All of these conditions are normal for quartz crystal bowls (this is not lead crystal serving ware!) and do not affect the sound or performance of the bowl. All bowls sold anywhere may have these very minor conditions - we just prefer to give you every detail before your purchase!

8. Bowls come in a beautiful range of tones. A few available as "perfect pitch" have a higher cost. (Usually needed only by recording artists.) * Perfect pitch bowls are very rare and are excluded from price matching or further discounting. The manufacturer now charges us much more for perfect pitch bowls and Note F Heart Bowls.

10. Singing Rainbow is purely retail at a discount. We are not involved at all in selling wholesale or assisting with product lines.

For international orders, there are 3 ways that bowls can be delivered. The most economical is to have a MINIMUM order of 3 bowls in sizes which can be nested together into ONE box (such as 10, 12 and 14 inch bowls) delivered by BAX to your nearest large international airport. Upon arrival, BAX would notify you and you would pick up the box and take it through customs yourself. However, we do not recommend this method as the bowls are quite heavy and clearing customs in some countries is quite challenging.

BAX also offers door-to-door delivery directly to your home or office, for a higher fee. This also requires a MINIMUM 3 bowl order. Please also be aware that as many as 5 bowls can be packed into one box and that box travels for the about the same shipping charge as if there were only one bowl within it. This is because freight companies charge for "dimensional weight", where the size of the box is as important as how much it weighs. So you and a group of friends can get a great bargain by ordering together.

The third shipping option is for the purchase of a single bowl. All clear bowls and 10 inch frosted bowls may be shipped by Global Express Mail to most countries. Some countries, such as Japan, can have bowls mailed that are as large as 12 inches, but the size limit is generally a 14 inch cube box - the size of the outer container for a 10 inch bowl. Express Mail is good because it includes insurance and has a tracking number. These packages also move rather quickly though customs in most countries.

Obviously, the circumstances for each order are different, and we would be happy to discuss international shipping options with you. Please email your full shipping address with POSTAL CODE and the sizes of all the bowls that you want in order to get a quote for shipping. We do LOTS of international shipping and the bowls arrive in excellent condition.
